MLO stations have intercoms for dealing with any doubts or problems. Press the button and you can speak to Customer Services. All stops have public address systems and real-time information panels to keep users informed of arrival times and any modifications to services.

Items found in vehicles or at stops will be handed to Customer Services at Colonia Jardín. You can either go there in person or call 900 929 392. If a lost item is located, it can be claimed by presenting documentary identification ie; passport. Or you can go to the Customer Services section of the web site.


Yes, except for the combined ticket where you only have to validate once, at the start of the first journey.

 

 


No. For each lineof MLO  you need a simple Title that must be validated before starting the journey.


Yes, each validation is for one trip. MLO 10-trip tickets serve for both ML3 and ML2.


To travel on ML2 you need Abono Transporte B1

To travel on ML3 you need Abono Transporte B1 from Colonia Jardín to Ventorro del Cano. From Prado del Espino to the terminus (Puerta de Boadilla) you need Abono B2.

The B1-B2 inter-zone tickets are not valid for zone A. With these tickets you will be denied access at the turnstiles in Colonia Jardín station.


No. Blue Cards are only valid in Zone A.


Once validated it identifies you as a user, it is proof of payment and it is essential if you need to claim on travel insurance etc.

Remember you must keep your validated ticket until the end of your journey.


You will be making fraudulent use of the service. If a random check identifies a passenger travelling without a properly cancelled ticket, the offence will be reported.


At all of our stops there are at least two automatic ticket vending machines for Multi or TTP and TTP recharging (one on each platform).

Combined Titles and TTPs can be purchased and reloaded respectively at Metro de Madrid stations..


Children of 4 and above must have a valid ticket. Up until they reach 7 years old they can travel with a Tarjeta de Transporte Público Infantil, which is free. Children over 4 without a Tarjeta de Transporte Público Infantil, must travel with a validated ticket for the journey for the travel insurance to be valid.


No, tickets must be obtained from the dispensing machines provided.


The Transportation Title vending machines accept coins and give change.

They also accept payment by credit or debit card.

If there is any problem buying a Transportation Title from the machines, the Control Centre can be contacted using the intercoms provided at all stops.

For reasons of security notes can only be used for payment using the machines that are monitored


MLO maintains two types of dispensers; one that accepts coins and electronic payments (at the stops) and one that also accepts notes. This second variety can only be found in the Colonia Jardín and Aravaca terminals, where their use is monitored.

Our ticket sales policy came about for reasons of security and to avoid vandalism, as the machines are totally exposed.


The combined tickets (ordinary or 10 trip) are valid for one or ten continuous journeys, combining different branches of the Red de Metro de Madrid (Metro Madrid, Metro Sur, Metro Norte and TFM) and the MLO lines (ML1, ML2 and ML3).

A combined ticket is not a return ticket.


No, the Metrobus ticket is only valid in zone A, the EMT network, Metro Madrid and ML1.


You must go to the Colonia Jardín station at the Information Point or contact its inspectors to report the incident and have them verify the status of the support card (Muli or TTP).
 


 

The extraordinary surcharge is  eighty euros, an amount that will be reduced by half if paid on the spot or within a maximum time period of 15 calendar days at MLO. Payment may be made at the MLO Customer Service Point at Colonia Jardín Station during Customer Service opening hours or via bank transfer. If the extraordinary surcharge has not been paid within thirty days following failure to produce a valid ticket, further action will be taken leading to the initiation of applicable disciplinary proceedings by the Regional Transport Consortium of the Autonomous Community of Madrid

Personal assistance dogs (guide dogs), as well as assistance dogs in training.

Access to dogs in general is allowed to meet the following requirements: one dog per traveler leashed and muzzled. Train journeys made ​​in the last car and dogs may in no case occupy seats. The access schedule is as follows:

Monday to Friday: all except service hours from 7:30 hours to 9:30 hours, from 14:00 hours to 16:00 hours, and 18:00 hours to 20:00 hours.

ML2

Connection with Metro de Madrid Line 10. Terminal of Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) Lines ML2 and ML3. Located in the district of Latina, under the Carabanchel road to Aravaca. As several surface intercity bus lines pass close by its entrances, it serves as an intermodal interchange for the underground, the light rail tram and the bus. This station has a Customer Information Point for MLO passengers and a Public Transport Pass Management Office. The fare applied by the Regional Transport Consortium for ML2 passengers is B1.


Prado de la Vega is a station on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML2 line, located next to the Carabanchel road in Pozuelo de Alarcón. It is the closest stop to the Quirón Hospital.


Colonia de los Ángeles is a station on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML2 line, located between the Carabanchel road (M-502) and Calle Picasso, in the similarly named neighbourhood of Pozuelo de Alarcón. 


Prado del Rey is a station on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML2 line, located in the similarly named district of Pozuelo de Alarcón, next to the Spanish National Television (RTVE) studios. 


Somosaguas Sur is a station on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML2 line, located under Calle Veritas, on the Somosaguas Sur housing estate in Pozuelo de Alarcón, very close to the Instituto Veritas.


Somosaguas Centro is a station on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML2 line, located next to the Carabanchel road to Pozuelo, close to the Zoco de Pozuelo shopping centre and to La Finca Business Estate, in Pozuelo de Alarcón.


Pozuelo Oeste is a station on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML2 line, located next to the Carabanchel road to Pozuelo, in Pozuelo de Alarcón. The closest stop to the 112 Emergency Centre and to the Retamar School.


Bélgica is a station on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML2 line, located on the Dos Castillas road beside the junction with Calle Bélgica, in Pozuelo de Alarcón.


Dos Castillas is a station on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML2 line, located on a similarly named road in Pozuelo de Alarcón. 


Campus de Somosaguas is a station on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML2 line, located on the Complutense University of Madrid Somosaguas Campus, in the municipality of Pozuelo de Alarcón.


Avenida de Europa is a station on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML2 line, close to the “Zielo” Shopping Centre.


Berna is a station on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML2 line.


Aravaca station is the terminus of the Metro Ligero Oeste ML2 line. From this terminal, passengers can connect up with Aravaca station on Renfe Suburban Rail lines C7 and C10.  


ML3

Connection with Metro de Madrid Line 10. Ciudad de la Imagen is a station on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML3 line, located next to Calle Juan de Orduña. This stop is close to the Carrefour Ciudad de la Imagen Shopping Centre and the Community of Madrid Film and Audiovisual Arts School (ECAM).


José Isbert is a stop on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML3 line, located on Calle José Isbert.


Ciudad del Cine is a stop on the Metro Ligero Oeste ML3 line, which links up to the Kinepolis Leisure Area. 


The Cocheras stop is a station on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML3 line, located on Calle Edgar Neville. It is the closest station to the MLO depot and offices.


The Retamares station is on the Metro Ligero Oeste ML3 line, located next to the M-511 road. It is the closest station to the "General Cavalcanti" barracks.


Monteprincipe is an underground station on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML3 line, located perpendicular to a similarly named avenue, at the southern point of the Montepríncipe housing estate, in the municipality of Alcorcón, but close to the boundary with Boadilla del Monte. The Computer Science School of the Madrid Polytechnic University (UPM) and the San Pablo CEU University are located close to this stop.


Ventorro del Cano is a station located at the Calle del Tranvía and Calle Arroyomolinos junction, on the Industrial Estate that lends its name to the station. It belongs to the municipality of Alcorcón but is close to the boundary with Boadilla del Monte.


Prado del Espino is a station on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML3 line that is located on Calle Labradores, on the Prado del Espino Industrial Estate in Boadilla del Monte. According to the Regional Transport Consortium, its applicable fare is zone B2. 


Cantabria is a station on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML3 line, located next to a similarly named avenue, opposite the Banco Santander Finance City, to the west of the Prado del Espino Industrial Estate in Boadilla del Monte. It is the closest stop to the ONCE Guide Dog Foundation.


Ferial de Boadilla is a station on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML3 line, located next to the Villaviciosa road. It is close to Boadilla del Monte’s showground, to the Juan Pablo II park and to the José Ortega y Gasset library on Avenida Isabel de Farnesio.


Boadilla Centro is a station on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML3 line. It is located next to the road to Majadahonda (M-516), close to the Calle Alberca and Calle José Antonio junction and very near to the Boadilla del Monte commercial area, the Old District and the shopping centres of El Palacio and El Zoco de Boadilla del Monte.


Nuevo Mundo is a station on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML3 line, located on a similarly named avenue in Boadilla del Monte. It is close to the IES Máximo Trueba and CEIP Teresa de Berganza schools.


Siglo XXI is a station on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML3 line, located on a similarly named avenue in Boadilla del Monte. 


Infante Don Luis is a station on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML3 line, located on the central boulevard of Avenida Siglo XXI, next to the intersection with the avenue that lends its name to the station in the Siglo XXI district of Boadilla del Monte.


Puerta de Boadilla is a station on the Metro Ligero Oeste (MLO) ML3 line, located on the Virgen de la Paz roundabout, in the newly-created district of Siglo XXI in Boadilla del Monte.
