(from here on MLO) and those that use this web portal (Portal), property of MLO, based at C/ Edgar Neville, nº 9, Cocheras de Metro Ligero Oeste, Pozuelo de Alarcón, 28223, Madrid with fiscal ID A84808575, registered at the Mercantil de Madrid, book 23.111, section 8ª, folio 112, page M-414.182, inscription 1ª.
Anyone accessing this site and using the services within shall be considered a user.
MLO may at any time and without prior warning alter this legal notice by means of publishing any changes here in the Portal.
Information provided via the Portal shall be clear, legible, complete and satisfy the enquiry in accordance with decree 21/2002, 24/01 which regulates MLO customer service.
MLO shall do everything in its power to avoid errors, correcting them where they occur. However, we cannot guarantee that there will never be errors or that information will always be up to date.
MLO may at any time and without prior warning, change or update information or indeed any aspect of the Portal. Accessing the Portal and use of any information collected therein are entirely the responsibility of the user.
MLO will not accept any responsibility for damages or consequences brought about by access to or use of information, always subject to legal exceptions.
MLO is committed to making any necessary efforts to guarantee the availability of the Portal and all associated services. However, MLO can not guarantee that the Portal and associated services will always be functional, efficient and free of errors. MLO will in no way guarantee the suitability of the site or its contents in relation to the requirements of the user.
MLO will, within the accepted parameters, do its utmost to avoid the presence in the Portal of malware which could affect the user's environment or files, but can in no way guarantee the absence of same and will not be held responsible for any resulting damages.
Information obtained from the Portal in reply to queries or derived from any database shall be considered for information only and not seen as connected to the resolution of administrative procedures which shall be subject exclusively to the relevant regulations.
The Portal contains links to third party web sites considered of interest to users. However, MLO assumes no responsibility in relation to the availability, suitability and quality of services and contents provided by third party sites linked to from the Portal.
Intellectual property rights, contents, design and coding of this web portal are property of MLO unless otherwise indicated. The user may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverser engineer, distribute, rent, lend, or make available to the public by any medium, any of the above mentioned without the express consent of MLO or the respective owner. In addition, all trademarks and artwork herein are protected by law.
The user is expected to show diligence and conformity with the law, morals, public order and with respect to this legal notice and refrain from any activity that could affect the functionality of the Portal or its services or that could be prejudicial to property or rights of MLO.
And, without prejudice to the preceding paragraph, the user shall when using the Portal or associated services: (1) not introduce any computer program, data, virus, code or any other medium capable of causing damage or changes to functionality (2) not destroy, alter or damage data, information, programs or documents belonging to MLO or their suppliers or third parties (3) not use contents or information obtained from the Portal for publicity, mass mailings or any other commercial enterprise, nor to harvest personal information.
Unauthorised use of any information contained in the Portal or infringements against intellectual property rights, may bring about legal action and the consequences thereof.
